FEES NEGOTIABLE: We offer several fee alternatives, ranging from straight hourly, to contingent fee, to a hybrid fee, to a monthly retainer arrangement. The particular arrangement is entirely negotiable. Consistent with rules of the State Bar of California, each case likely to involve an attorney fee of $1,000 more will be covered by a written legal representation agreement that the client has ample opportunity to negotiate and review before executing.
