Insert Picture hereDuring the late 1970's and the 1980's, when Mr. Bartley worked as corporate counsel for two Fortune 100 corporations, his primary mission during both assignments was preventative antitrust compliance work, consistent with consent decrees.

Since returning to private practice, Mr. Bartley has continued to conduct preventative antitrust compliance programs for corporate clients, on an as-requested basis.

This experience enables us to provide quality antitrust advice to you, the corporate client or the individual client.

We have successfully brought rare "Ostrofe II" type federal antitrust actions for treble damages and attorney fees on behalf of individuals who have been fired as a result of their refusal to engage in antitrust violations at their places of employment. Such cases consistently have settled in high six figures.

We have expertise in federal and state antitrust laws, including the Sherman Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, the Clayton Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, and the Cartwright Act -- laws that prohibit price-fixing, price discrimination, kickbacks, and other acts of unfair trade.

Futher, we have litigated closely related cases involving alleged misappropriation of trade secrets, such as customer lists, in violation of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (California Civil Code Section 3426 et seq.).
